How to brew:
Drink up to one quart of Daily Resiliency Tea daily. I prefer making large batches to last a couple of days. To brew, boil three quarts of water. Once heated add at least 3 tablespoons of herbs. Stir in, and let steep one hour to overnight (the longer the more potent). Strain into quart jars and refrigerate. Serve chilled or hot.
